Lets bench race 6ers

So im gonna race a 98 V6 coupe. His mods are shorty headers, a tune, he said exhaust and a 75 shot. We raced once before with his bottle empty and I pretty much massacred him. I think its an auto cause I beat him off the line that day. How do you think ill fare when he sprays

depends when he sprays and how bad you beat him before. if you didnt put about 6cars on him then theres no chance. a 75shot takes off about 1 second

No I didnt add 75 hp yet, but I had a 40 advantage stock, and dont we have better gearing in the edges and judging by ho slow he was on motor I figured it would be pretty close

Thats what I thought too...I had him by about 3 and pulling but I felt I had proved my point since his bottle was empty.

im trying to guesstimate car lengths into a second but 3 cars wont do a second =/

I know...I honestly couldnt tell you how many I could get him by on motor if we kept going. Maybe I should have for future reference huh?

I run a 15.1 stock in the scion, I know 3 guys same mods as me (different brands) with 75 shots running 13.7s-14.2s so if thats any indication of what a 75 shot can do for a car

nitrous act different though with other motors but you still usually get that .8-1.3 gain from 75 shot
like v8 see CRAZY torque. v6s see some nice torque
4cylinders dont see so much but still gain the same

Well I know itll make him faster, but mayb I soulda finished the beating...I didnt think id race him again but I made a post on a local forum about my kill and he ended up hearing about it and joining. Small world huh?

oh I know thats why i referenced it as what it can do, from dynos ive seen scion goes from 147whp-213whp 156wtq 233wtq(stock to 50 shot)
and 167whp-255whp 176wtq-288wtq(header and intake to header intake and 75shot)

must be a honda thing
i saw a dyno of a 50shot and he got like 35-40hp and about the same torque

my friend showing me the video and was like wtf? honda's make 0 torque

hes got an accord
h22 motor, skunk2 intake, some serious ass race headers with 2.5 exhaust all the way back some muffler, bolt ons, no filter, cams 70shot of juice
13.3 his is best on slicks with some issues he claims
he gutted out his back doors and the windows are permantly up in the back. and he guttted about 50-70lbs else where

we're suppose to race when im up and running again should be interesting since my best is 13.1 with horrible 60

Hondas have never produced torque... Toyota engines have always had a nice HP to Torque Ratio...

790whp at like 40psi
and 460wtq!!!
