Headlight Change Question


How hard is it to change the headlight's?

on 94-98, you have to remove the headlights and taillights separately by 3-4 bolts

Its not a hard job...Just tedious...

If you want to make it easier get a Chilton's Book on your Mustang...

It will come in handy many times over...

i dont know about your car but i did mine a while ago, (not change them but take them out to see somthing) i did the front head lights, and rear in no time. its fairly easy

it is different on the headlights for 94-98 as opposed to 99-04 due to one piece with clips on newer and 2 piece with bolts on older

assuming the headlight mounts the same as a 95 it should be gravy. theirs 1 10mm nut that holds on each corner light, remove those first. theirs this clip on each of the actual headlights that you have to remove. all you have to do then is depress the plastic tabs and pull. oh yeah dont forget to disconnect the head light from the harness before pulling
