Maintenance on the mustang

I have about 86 thousand miles. Im going to get my Oil changed to (Catrol GTX, with K&N oil filter) Is there anything else I should be checking at this mileage? Also I am having a problem with idle. When I turn on engine with air conditioning on at a complete stop at a light my car almost dies sometimes. And when at a light when air conditioning is off my car drops like 100 rpms constantly every like 30 seconds, same with air conditioning on but worse, also when my air conditioning on my car jerks forward constantly every 30 seconds about
