throttle body spacer?


looking around ebay i came across these throttle body spacers with "fins" on the edges that make the air spin when it passes through it and it supposed to add HP?

question: True or Bullshit?

it makes air more turbulent probably looses you power, and hurts your engine over time, bad idea

ya my helix came with my intake and i really doubt it does anything.
