they remove rotational weight from your driveshaft allowing power to more effectively get to the rear wheels.

Your girl lives 10 miles away? Thats it? Mine lives 40 min away. I'm scared to see the mileage. Must be nice.

Best piece of advice I can give you. Get a job, and learn to budget.

+1

I bought my 2000 V6 in 2001, worked and went to college, and maintained a high GPA. Budgeting and time management are very key skills for life.

Does anyone have any proof that a PI D/S actually fits on a Mustang. I find that hard to believe. Not saying it's impossible, I just find it hard to believe when even the 4.6 GT's Aluminum D/S has a different part number than what we need.

GT Drive shaft will fit our cars.
for an auto you will need a different yoke that is all

I remember when I purchased mine years ago that there were different parts for late-model 4.6's and earlier 5.0's, and the correct one for the V6 was the one from the 5.0. Are they simply the same with different yokes? That could very well be the case.

Either way, though, I'd be interested to see proof that the PI D/S will fit.
