I've never had that problem. Mine sound great throughout my RPM range. However I have the 40 deltas. I have NEVER ONCE heard my exhaust pop.

exhaust doesn't make that big of a performance difference.

muffler to muffler....maybe not. But when you start adding bigger headers and power adders they will.
