Good theory you drunk son of a gun, haha.

Although, most of those arnt true duals, and the one that I can see that is, doesnt have a mid pipe, haha. Meaning, you would still have to buy the catted mid pipe.

And I just looked, and I dont even see a catted midpipe for your year car...haha.
if u want u can get some cats and have them fab up a midpipe if u were willing to go with the custom fabricated setup ur call man plus if u go with a custom fabricated thing then u can get everything welded up and u dont have to worry about fastners or anything holding ur exhaust together

True, and it might be the best option to do that.

The way you would go about that, its pretty simple really. But the cat back system, such as the mac, pypes, something like that. Order the cars seperatly and take all of it to a custom muffler/exhaust shop and ask them for the price of install plus fabrication of a custom h/x pipe.

u also want to be careful wat diameter pipe u will be using because if its too big u loose back pressure and this can cause u to loose torque and watnot i believe

Your right. Mine is a 2.5 piping. Thats what most systems are for mustangs.

So with the full system with the tips, that's all I'd need then? How long does it take to install something like this?

Heres the list of what you'll need.

-Midpipe (h/x/or y) preferably not y though, the defeats the purpose of true duals. A shop can custom fab on of these.
-Catback (most catbacks come with tips) if not, you don't NEED them, but look SOO much better.

Short list, haha.

Ok...you really ought to get true dual. IT IS WORTH IT. A few things to keep in mind. If you get a custom setup fabricated for you make sure that the shop Mandrel bends their pipes. You DO NOT WANT CRUSH BENT PIPES!!!! I think that you should listen to several setups before you make a choice. I also prefer flowmaster 40 series true dual with an h-pipe. It will be totally legal and I think it sounds great. I also have a '95 I got the pace setter h-pipe adapter and I bought a full flowmaster true dual catback setup W/stainless tips. +1 on watching out for your pipe diameter. You will lose some low end TQ with 2.5" pipes but you will get that back and then some higher up in your power band. Hope that this helps. I'll be more than happy to answer any questions that you might have.

I also have a 95 and I personally say stay away from the x-pipe. I've heard a lot of setups with it and to be honest it makes our exhaust sound extremely raspy. I have heard that on the s197's it sounds awesome, but in my experience the H-pipe setup sounds better on the sn95's, especially the earlier ones like ours.

Leave the headers, custom H-pipe and catted dual exhaust, then your choice of mufflers. That would be my recommendation. You're looking at somewhere between 400-500 (US) bucks depending on what muffler you choose.
