Door Part Question

ok so whats that part on the side of the door thats like a carpet sorta. I no they sell them in stainless steel i just wanna no what they are called i cant find them.

Im pretty sure that is part of the door panel. Ive only seen SS door sills....but thats not what you are referring to.

the only carpet is on the bottom part of the door panel itself.

^^yeah, but i dont think its removable. And i have never seen a SS insert for the door panel...only the sill.

no ive seen in a few places where u can get that in stainless steal but now idk where!

All i can say is try googling stainless steel door panel insert and search.

i have too, but i forgot what site it was, and ive seen different color carpets as well.

door carpet insert, They have them with like running poines embossed in it and such try 50resto

i think the satin is the best choice if ur gonna do it... the chrome lookin one is just too much shine

remove door panel, remove that carpet section, fill in that hole, fiberglass resin the entire door panel, paint body color
