Suggestion, haha.

Save up and buy both at the same time. Or buy the lowering springs and let them sit in your house till you get the wheels. Not only for cosmetic reasons, but due to the fact that if you put the springs on first, then get new wheels, you might have rubbing issues with the new wheels or tires.

I personally recommend new wheels, get those on there, then do the drop so you will be sure to have no issues with rubbing.

And keep in mind, with new springs, there are also other things you have to buy in order to make those work. Such as, caster camber plates, and depending on the springs you go with, there could be other things.

the wheels wont have have rubbing issues before or after the drop if he gets a 9" wide or smaller for the front. so you can do the drop before or after, its up to you. the only reason i would recommend wheels first is because itll look stupid w/ a drop and just plain stock rims.

maximum motorsports caster camber plates are wut you wanna get, and i suggest either, mach 1 shocks and struts, tokico blues, or kyb gr-2s

It's your call in the end, just make sure that there won't be any spacing issues with the new wheels.

What color is your car?

I have the Eibach Pro Kit on my 04. I did the Wheels first and the springs a week later the only time I have rubbing issues is when i crank the wheel all the way but it doesnt rub too bad, but I also have 20's if you get 18's you should be all good! What color is your car? I should be pulling it out of storage next week sometime to get the parts I ordered put on so Ill take a few pics if your interested? The only pics I have now are from before the drop

i just installed my eibach pro-kits today. some say you need the caster camber plates and shocks/struts, but others don't. Many people are able to get their car aligned w/out the c/c plates but some are not able. After you install your springs, go to a shop and see if they can align it w/out them. As far as shocks and strucks, well that's your call. I plan on replacing mine as they wear out. But as far as being necessary, they really aren't if your only using it as a daily driver. My car drives great, and is a big improvement over stock springs.

Some warn, though, that without having your car properly dampened, it is dangerous. Actually, I think it has been proven. I'm not an expert on that, though, and you might want to read into it.

btw, my car has stock 16's (the polished aluminum pony package wheels) and it looks great with the drop, althought I will be replacing with 18" chrome DD bullits in the next couple weeks

I am running 18x9 rims all the way around with eibach pro kit springs. Love the looks and performance I get out of em. I took the chance and ordered my springs thinking I might be able to get away with not needing CC plates. done the spring install and went directly to get ti aligned and they couldnt do it ... It took about a month for me to get the cash up to buy the CC plates and another couple weeks to get em and put em on. Now I got the plates and my front end straight and couldnt be happier!

I got mine from Mustang Parts & Performance - American Muscle I went with the maximum motorsports cc plates. from everything I have read they are the best. I think I payed like 200 for mine. well worth it IMO. I have got 15k miles on this alignment and I got no sign of pulling or tire wear. Besides... the tires for our cars cost too damn much NOT to spend an extra 200 bucks for a few extra miles!
