oil filter wretches are you friend.

and filters with cardboard inside instead of metal are bad because the cardboard can easily come apart and go in to the engine.

i use the K&N performance gold personally, but motorcraft filters are also good.

they are the easiest thing to get a hold of so i use it and it hasnt hurt any vehicle we have yet so until it does thats prolly what ill be using...if it messes up the engine i get a reason to tear it apart and upgrade

I use K&N myself. I love it. It matches up very nicely with Q Horsepower oil.

bosch is only decent with 02 sensors
fram is horrible-sorry guys

filter wrenches should ONLY be used to TAKE OFF filters. you dont need to put a filter on that tight! it should be done by hand!

i like Purolaters pure1, Mobil1 and K&N, purolator is good as well
