=[ hate to do this but...
i just went to the store and got 5 quarts of new oil and 2 cans of seafoam. ive searched the forums but i cant seem to figure out hot to do it because some say pour it in while the engine is running and others say while its not running... but anyways i want to seafoam everything possible so a little help would be nice. thanks... sorry for the repoast lol...

1/3 in gas, 1/3 in oil, 1/3 in vacuum lines let the car idle to suck it up turn it off let it sit 15 mins and restart and slowly rev through your rpm band
