the windstar is 8rwhp and 15rwtq claimed dyno#s with intake and exhaust it can be higher. with the lower and the windstar together it'll probably add about 25+hp or more

and i sell them:

I'd definitely cam it before you start thinking about porting heads/intakes. You'll have a much stronger combo, especially if you spec the cam for it.

If you want a fast car, and are unfortunate enough to drive a V6 Mustang, you should grab a nitrous kit. If you can do the work, you'll have a 13 second V6 for ~1200 said and done.

You can get lower than 13's... a friend of mine has an '04 v6 with all your basic bolt on's plus (if my memory serves me correctly) a 100 shot of nitrous and runs mid 12's. All of the above suggestions are good ways to go, all depends on which step you are gonna take. If you wanna stay all motor, obviously the way to go is p&p and the cam, with nitrous you do get more results but then it includes refilling the tank yadda yadda yadda

Ok it looks like you already have a tuner. That is a good call to start. Done properly your car will not go BOOM with N2O. However, I'm not a fan of part time power. Go H/C/I. After that, I'd consider a turbo.
