welcome to the forums.
you'll need more than just a transmission if you do the swap. check with your local junk yards

are you having a problem with your auto.....or the problem IS that its an auto. there is alot involved if you want to swap in a manual....but if yur just trying to fix your current auto, what kind of problem are you having?

I have that same problem and know exactly what you mean. is it not reccomended to go from a 4 speed auto to a 5 speed manual?

yea, i suggest just droppin like 900 in a good torque converter and a shift kit. Its alot easier/cheaper/and if ur drag racing, chance are faster

first off with an auto you are gonna want 4.10 gears w/ a t-lok and a tuner. then get yourself true dual exhaust and some under drive pullies.
