Two in one, rushing wind/foam padding

probably gonna end up answering my own question before this thread is over

two things
in the new cars you know how you get in and when you close the door and jump on the interstate, road, highway or whatever and when those doors are closed and windows are up, you dont hear any wind really rushing by? how can i make my car go back to that? is it the weatherstripping around the edges of the window just going bad?

second, if you were to take that middle plastic edge off the radio and from around the shifter you have that little foam shit right behind, where can i get some of that to stop it from moving, i actually scraped a good deal off last time not knowing what it was for.

your first question....

Take a piece of paper or a dollar bill and shut it between you weatherstripping and window... if it moves really really easily then you might want to look into new stripping though its not that important, as long as the weather stays out right

your second question....

Michaels
Wal*Mart
Craft store near you
