you would want the whole motor since it is singleport and yours is splitport. why not just mod your car?

well you would be converting back to single port heads which truly dont flow the best.
it would be a lot of work for the 2000 motors since they're split port
personally i think you'd be better of with a m112 swap.

but if you really want the parts you'll need from what i know

super coupe heads
timing cover
s/c and adapter for it
fuel rail
intakes for it
belt assembly
idler pulley
headers/exhaust manifolds
most likely push rods for it as well
not sure how well our stock cam works with it

other parts as well i cannot think of

M90 on the 99-04 V6 is pointless.....after the loss from the single port heads and the gain from the s/c....your net gain is gonna be about 30-40hp. Go with the M112 blower if you want a roots type s/c.

supercoupe swap is not a good idea for the 99+ stangs as previously stated. the 94-98s its a great mod for cheap performance, but you will have to take a step backwards to take a step forward. there are plenty of better routes to take for the 99+ split ports, i.e. turbo, centrifugal supercharger, m112 adapter plate and either m112, KB, Whipple, or any direct bolt on supercharger for the 03-04 cobra

Ok, so scrap the whole M90 set up, what would be the cheapest way to make my car scream? Besides putting a super pocket rocket engine in it?

75 shot of nitrous. Depending on what brand you go with....a track safe kit with everything ranges 500-800 bucks.
