Shift kits

Ok, i used the search again to make sure i wouldnt piss anyone off. Here is my question

My car has been sitting all winter, has 30k on it, and i want to change tranny fluids. So i figure i might as well get a shift kit before to kill two birds with one stone.

Why shift kits to you guys have, or have heard about, and what direction do you think i should go. I want a real snappy shift, and i wouldnt mind getting a full manual (not a t-5, i mean one that i would have to use a b and m rachet shifter on)

Thanks

J-mod valve body or B&M shift kit and the B&M hammer shifter is a great combo

that is not a good idea...youll hate it in your butt and your wallet....youll like it at first but it will get kind of annoying every time you shift...and youll be going through tires like crazy
