why not 3.73? what are the advantages for the lower ratios?

PAS is an awesome shop they sale a lot of used saleens and are great guys.

I would go through them if you can, and get the 8.8 with 3.55's and you'll be happy, to high a gear ratio with a turbo and you loose your benefit

i much power will your car have u shouldnt have to change the rear, im putting a turbo in my car and i will have around 350hp at the wheels thats with my new headers, u will only ruin the stock rear end if u do drag racing also is it a manual or auto, mine is a manual which puts less stress on the rear, dont rush into getting a new rear, see hoe the stock rear hold up it should be fine unless u really do hard take offs.

its a good idea especially with a turbo, and 350 hp is pushing it especially with a hard launch I've seen 7.5s completely destroyed by bolt on v6's with slicks

A type of tire better for drag racing they are completely slick(no tread) and made of a softer compound to stick to the drag strip so you dont spin.

you'll probably wanna look into some drag radials which you can use on street and will hook decent at the track cause with a turbo your not going to hook with street tires. you could just buy some cheap drag rims and get some slicks on those and just change them out at the track

these rims
Cragar 3975812 - Cragar Soft 8 Wheels - summitracing.com

and just go to your local tire dealer tell them you want some slicks that will fit on them and they will put them on

would they just be for drag?

could i just get some tires that would be good for normal driving and street races?

you could but drag radials arent too fun on a DD car. You would run much faster times putting those on at the track and getting a nice set of street tires so you dont wear out your street tires when you race

if you are stayin with the 7.5 then get a detroit truetrac. with 350hp the 7.5 has a high potential of being destroyed. the detroit truetrac can take a good deal of punishment and will be able to hold 350hp on the 7.5 easily
