is this a good cam?

im getting ready to do a complete h/c/i swap and am trying to find a cam that will be quiet but will compliment my big valve heads and ported intakes. ive found this one used and it seems to be close to what im looking for:

RPM-Mustangs 210/214 .548 cam. also only on the car for about 2 months
i have brand new valve springs with this (1 of the originals snapped and so i upgraded to better springs)
and i also have the pushrods to work with these
$250+shipping OBO
*ON THE CAM, IT IS A REGRIND SO YOU WILL NEED TO PUT THE SPACER ON (FROM YOUR STOCK CAM)*
everything is off the car, but still at the shop where im doing the work. ill have pictures asap. with this setup+full bolt ons i made 227rwhp/227rwtq

so let me know whether you guys think that this will be enough to take advantage of the big valve cylinder heads or not.

thats a bit high for a used cam. Im not a fan of using used internals. Im pretty sure chris could get you a new regrind for close to that

well it includes the really good beehive spring which cost $150 anyway. chris said it was a good deal as well. i could probably talk him down to $200 though.

alright sounds good then. did you ever get the prices on the roller rockers? and would it be alright for me to ship the cam and springs to you together so that you can install the springs and look over the cam for me? i can pay you for the additional shipping back to me.

yupp you sure can. when you send the camshaft make sure to use bubble wrap around it and pack the box good, if the lobes get damaged that'd be a bummer
