a 50 or 75 shot. both will be safe on your engine. NX Express and ZEX are good brands. the kits arent too hard to install if you have everything you need in the kit

If you're staying NA and you're new to nitrous dry is better in my opinion. I personally will soon be running a 100 wet shot. But I'm getting a tune for that. Maybe this can answer some of your questions: FREQUENTLY ASKED NITROUS QUESTIONS

unless you have fuel upgrades such as a larger fuel pump and larger injectors....it is best to go with a WET kit. And on top of the kit, you are gonna want a purge kit, blowdown valve, pressure gauge, bottle warmer, and a window switch.

unless you find one used.....expect to spend at least 3k on a turbo or s/c...then ya gotta tune it. VMP has a nice procharger kit already tuned with EVERYTHING for 4.5k...4k if you already have the SCT tuner. Plus one you have FI, you have to worry about stopping all that extra power, and will you axle/engine support the power load.

wet is the way to go. Personally I would get a NOS sniper kit, or a dynotune wet kit. You will need a kit, bottle warmer, pressure gauge, window switch purge. They purge isnt 100% needed but it is nice to have. And the window switch isnt either but it is a good bit safer.
you could probably go as high as a 100 shot no problem with a good tune, even with a 75 shot I would suggest pulling some timing
