your 7.5 did not come with a t-lok so you cant take the old one out lol. if you want to get it, then it would be highly adviseable to take it to a shop to have it installed.

This is the same t-lok from a cheaper site:
Speed Concepts - M-4204-C75 - V6 T-Lock for 7.5 rear end/axle fits all 1994-2008 Mustang V6 7.5 is the axle Vs have where GTs have the 8.8 which already has a t-lok + is much stronger. It is highly advisable to have it installed professionally and to do gears and the t-lok at the same time so your rear doesnt have to be opened up twice (that sounded really gay....) |

1. if you have to ask about this install take it somewhere you dont have the tools or the ability and will mess it up.
2. If you get t-lok get gears at the same time no need to open the rear diff twice. 3. Get, t-lok, gear 3.73 or 4.10, master bearing kit, gear oil, and friction modifier. 4. looking at about 600 total for parts and install

U cost more to open your rear then i thought but dont forget the oil and friction modifier so it will slide right in and so u wont have any problems with your rear in the future.

Hey i would just suggest looking on the internet for an 8.8 rear. There is a website something about new take off where you can buy an 8.8 rear with 3.73 gears t lok and the adapter for the v 6 for about 800 dollars. Since this is stronger for higher horsepower why not just get it for the 200 more.
