If you had posted this a few weeks ago I would have sold you my stockers, but they're long gone now. Try a local junk yard.
Cali is ubber strick on emmisions. They test all parts of your car from visual to emmisions. |

As long as the Cats are there I can pass the visual..... I am just worried about the emissions now. The guy will let it fly as long as it "looks factoryish" just has to get past the sniffer.....
Jegs may be the place to go...... Just have to figure out what ones I would need. Anyone know if I can pass emission with just 1 on each side and not 2? |

Junk yard and a hacksaw may not be a bad choice either....

Do dual exhaust? If not, this might be a good time to look into it...

I am not against going duals by any means. Way cooler looking if nothing else. Cats are still the main issue even there...

In that case, go with high flow cats or a catted x or catted h.

I cannot do the tru dual system with the catted x or catted h pipes. Because there are none designed that will pass Cali emissions..... Unless someone knows of one???

I would just get an exhaust shop to weld in universal converters for maybe $150 each. Did you say your car has to converters per side? |

Anyone in Cali done something to their Cats, or know someone in Cali that has and passed smog??? Someone must know something.... The poor girl is parked, and that is just abuse of a Stang sitting in the driveway dreaming of the road....

Which part of Cali are you in? If you were military, I'd say get your car registered elsewhere, (which is almost always cheaper) and most states don't require emissions tests. (thank you Idaho- my cats are comin' off in about a month) But which part you're in can determine where you can go and what they'll let you get away with
