That car was so beautiful! He's one lucky son of a bitch that it wasn't me. I suggest kill that turkey voltchure, idiot of a driver, fat faced distraction whore that destroyed a beautiful car just because he got throttle happy. You encourage me to keep my eyes on the road like a hawk. If it was me I would have came out bloody faced, cracked skull and shin, broken arms, screaming, "MY CAR!!!!" Okie maybe not, but ouch, I'd definitely cry, not even kidding.

I would take a few broken bones for my car, it's got sentimental value that another one just can't replace. I guess if it came down to it I'd give my car up for the right reasons, but if it was just because some jack ass got throttle happy at a red light I think I'd loose it.

Is the power train still good? Looks like maybe it's mostly just front sheet metal damage and the engine sits quite a ways back on the v6s.

It might be worth salvaging the car yourself. Might not be too hard to drop the whole power train out from underneath complete with the cross member. Also the interior and rear axle are still good.

If you have a back injury you had better talk to the lawyer before settling anything. The cost of the car will be small change compared to the medical bills. At your age you should also get a huge settlement for possible future disability.
