I Replaced My Engine

Ok about a month ago I asked about replacing my 94 v6 with a 99 v6. I got it done but I have a few problems now. When i start her up in the mornings i have to let her idle because she starts to jerk and stutter if I drive her right when i do it .She sounds like a lawn mower when its broken down and not getting enough revs.It sounds like shes gonna die. I was wondering what the ha\eck her problem is.Oh and her dual flowmasters dont sound as agressive now. whats with that too.

well for your flows won't sound as mean for right now. You still need to break your engine in. But check your vacuum lines, and your IAC for starters.
