what are your major mods for the future? 8.8 would be best bet, not point in upgrading a 7.5 if your going to need an 8.8 later anyways.

if you go with a turbo the 8.8 would be a good idea and for gears you don't really want anything over 3.55

8.8 definetly if your gonna turbo with a built engine, as for right now just getting the 8.8 alone with gears, like alot of people say on here if its auto your good with 4.10 with manual your good with 3.73.

summitracing.com is a good place to start, as well as americanmuscle.com, we get discounts there.

edit*
you would def get a faster take off

the cheapest way would be looking at some junk yards for one and then ordering 3.55's for it, but they can be hard to come by so you may want to look on-line.
and 3.55 is a bit steeper gear then what you have now so you would feel a slight increase in the acceleration with them.

when you have the turbo you really aren't going to what anything bigger then 3.55 but it is up to you if you want to buy 3.73's for now and then 3.55's when you get the turbo

all the ones in the mustangs do and if you order it on-line just make shure it does.

you should get your 8.8 from speed concepts its only 400 with t lok and 3 31 gears, i think the 3 55 is a couple of hundred more, i ordered mine last week and it should arrive by the end of this week, aside from a junkyard speed concepts has the cheapest 8.8
