i think i finally have all my parts needed to do it now, so i figured i would go ahead and start up the thread for it. thoughts and advice is welcome. i got my windstar upper from chris at CRT RACING PERFORMANCE | .

Approximate parts list so far...

-custom built bracket for iac relocation (still need to build)
-bracket to hold throttle cable

-upper intake bolts
-coil pack bracket
-shaved iac
-3/8 extra line to run vacuum hoses
-T for hooking in my boost gauge
-Precision Garrett GT4088 turbo
-Tial 38 mm wastegate - 4.4 psi and 10.3 psi spring (running the 4.4psi spring for now
-HKS Bov
-3" mild steel single exhaust dump
-single 3" exhaust dump pipe routing to underneath the car then through a 3" Magnaflow muffler that dumps right before the axle
-OBX Intercooler 32" x 12" x 3" large bar and plate intercooler
-boost gauge and air/fuel gauge (planning to get a wideband eventually)
-miscellaneous stuff - K &N Filter, silicone hoses and lines, T bolt clamps, Oil feed lines, Oil drain lines
-SCT BigAir2800 MAF
-drill bit and tap for the oil pan
-02 extenders
-header wrap
-breathers
-overflow tank
-new spark plugs - 2 colder

might want to let andy know that then>>>
Tial 38 mm wastegate - Choice of psi spring. 4.4 psi recommended for those planning to run stock fuel setup. 10.3 psi recommended for 91 pump gas

Congrats WLJ. Punypony...it doesn't matter how big the turbo is as long as he runs it at a low psi. Up to 8 psi is fine on the stock lower. You can even push that to 10 psi, but that can be a bit risky. Hey Woody, I would go ahead and get that wideband before you do the install. You're gonna need it to get a proper tune.

Puny knows what he's talking about...

I don't think he was meaning anything about boost being risky.

the GT4088 can't be to big... its a little on the large size for your application but its not like its a fucking monster of a turbo or anything like that, i vote for it being just fine, late booster around 2800 rpm kinda turbo
