Sounds like it might be a problem with your IAC...or maybe your MAF(try cleaning it). When is the last time you had a tune up? How old are your spark plugs? Right now I'm thinking IAC though.

Although, now that I look at this again...the sensor might fix it. If your sensor is bad, then your ecu could be getting wrong information about your AF ratio. Because of that it could be trying to correct this based on false information and causing the stall. In fact, this is even more likely since it happens after your car has warmed up(which is when the ecu starts using O2 sensor information). Put in the new sensor, I think it'll solve the problem. If it doesn't then look to what I originally said.

by any chance do any of u know how the fuck 2 get codes out of a 95?... i go in and it keeps giving me P1000's which is system checks incomplete. i can read the history dtcs which is how i got the output speed sensor code. i know u have to do a drive cycle which is completely dumb but idk what it consists of in order to get codes out of it... it has a 16 pin connecter for obdII but it is still a 95 obd I car... sucks.

the code was output speed sensor circuit fault.. i measured the ohm value of the resister and got 243 ohms.. mitchell on demand says that it should be between 450-750 ohms.. thats all im going on for the bad sensor
