6 things here - need your opinion2-Can I put a 3 inch muffler piping in place of my current 2 inch. Do I have the clearance? 3-has anyone swapped out pulleys for the aftermarket ones and did you get anymore horsepower out of it? 4-chip, prong or tuner which is best for big increased horsepower gains? 5-saw something in a catalog called CJ PONEY. It was nos and it was called "sneeky pete" a small bottle 16 inch by 2 inch. Is it worth it to put it in or go with a nos bottle with a 35, 50,75 hp gain for v6's or will it fry the engine. If i do do it ,will i have to change any parts out to accomodate the increased horses. 6-how much horse power does a stock v6 have anyway? Went with the v6 - convertable over the v8 hardtop (gas mileage reasons) but now I'm bit by the power bug. Thanks for your help!!!!! |

Gas mileage is truly minimal and makes me wish I had a beastly V8. Of course, the bigger wheels on my v6 don't help either.

^its better yes, but if you are constantly putting on mods that will get very expensive. Until you add A LOT of parts or F/I you dont really need to get a dyno tune
