T-5 Swap

Ok, so I have just acquired a T-5 from a 96 V6. I have an automatic 98 V6, since I already have the T-5 I wanted to look into swapping it into the 98. A few questions I thought of that I wasn't to sure about and thought some of the knowledgeable could give me some input on. If i decide to do this I will get a new clutch kit. The tranny was rebuilt and only has about 10k on it. I can get the cable peddles all the other take off parts off the 96 for little to none.

As far as the computer and sensors in the auto tranny are they the same as the T-5 and will the computer need a flash to recognize it has a manual?

Will the drive shaft still fit? Transmission mounts, are they the same?

Is this even worth it, cause the transmission was only $100. A friend gave it to me cause he in the middle of a move and the wife wont let him take all the car parts he has accumulated over the years. I'll do all the work with the help of a friend so with the $100 and the new clutch kit (SPEC Stage 1 $300) extra misc. stuff take off parts and extra parts (max $200). What do you guys think?
