Multiple Error Codes, Suspect O2 Sensor

I have a 2000 3.8l V6. It has had a BBk cold air induction and a magnaflow catback exhaust system installed. I have been getting a check engine light appearing recurrently for about 3 months now. Its recurrence is random at best. My OBD-2 code reader has spit out 3 different codes already. The 3 are P0174-Fuel system too lean(bank2), P1414-Manufacturers auxiliary emissions controller and another that has the narrative "secondary air injection incorrect flow" which I believe is P0411.

Has anyone gotten codes like this and/or what has been the fix? I have already checked the wires and connectors, replaced a fuel filter and have cleaned the fuel injectors. Any help rendered would be of great help.

call your ford dealership... and ask to talk to a head mechanic... or any mechanic shop for that matter... just don't take it their cuz then they will charge you... but yea just call some local places.... and ask... im sorry i don't own a OBD scanner

something is leading me to belive that your O2 sensor might be a might messed up just do a visual check on that i guess

sounds as if the air pump in the pass fender behind the headlight has taken a dump. they are notorious for water intrusion. I'd fix this first to eliminate the p0411 then see if the lean dtcs return.
