A GT....... j/k i have the same car as you do, I'll go ahead and tell you with that single port you can't take many cars. I would suggest:

mid pipe & catback
CAI & U/D pulley
Gears and T-lock (your choice of ratio)
Split port swap
Tuner (SCT FTW)

This will make you a good bit faster N/A but depending on what you race you will get owned by without adding boost.

biggest differences that will be seen at the track is the gears and the split port

Yeah I'd say nitrous also but lots of people don't like using it.

I dont like it because it isn't always there. Yeah for the costs of that stuff you can get nitrous but nitrous you have to refill and it isn't always present hp

Yeah, the only thing is nitrous gets a bad rap for being bad on engines but, just like any F/I if you don't do it right you can fuck it up.

Some other things that people don't like about nitrous is that it can be illegal to have in car/hooked up in certain states (I don't think turbo's/superchargers are illegal anywhere), and the damn stickers anybody with a fart can puts all over their car.

What is your budget? That is the first thing you have to look at.

As for the nitrous debate, it is only unsafe if not done right; just like anything on your car, haha.
