yeah us livelink, it will take a little look over to find the things he wants you datalog. Remeber if the thing you want to datalog has a capital one and a lower case one, to always pick the caps one.

if i remember it will open up to a blank background in the window. Then click file and something like start new or something along those lines, then it is self explanitory from there.

if it still continues to not work remove it and reinstall it

they all can data log but unless you have the live wire it's best to use a laptop
because the other models can't do it for long.

you can only data log short clips .. I wouldn't trust the data honestly.. either get the live wire or a lap top.

for a custom tune yes.. but if you mod in the future you may want to borrow his computer again.. lol.

you don't need to data log for a canned tune

Ok thanks for the help. One last question that is a bit off topic. When you get 4.10's and a tlock can the Xcal fix the speedo or do you have to get a speed calibrator or is there another way to fix it?

i would highly suggest using a computer. Because that way it is easier to record just what Joe needs from you. Also you will be recording for....approximately 4 and a half minutes because he wants you to do it twice in one datalog.
