u can get them from different people...basically u take the egr of and unbolt taht pipe from the exhaust manifold, then u plug the exhaust manifold with a nut or something and then u get a piece of metal that covers the hole that goes from the egr to the intake.

I know itschristorres8 sells them CRT RACING PERFORMANCE |

its $20..then like $3 for shipping
i sell them on my site

i dont make much profit from it..i only sell it because i think paying $35 from VMP then $10 for shipping on it is ridiculous

yes it comes with the block off nut on the header, and a block off plate. also for those that dont get the windstar intake it comes with a cap to cap off the vacuum tube to the intake

MAYBE a couple miles per gallon....but honestly if u are looking to build ur car and u dont have emmissions you dont really need it...all it does is pull exhaust gas from the exhaust header back into the lower intake to burn unburnt fuel in the exhaust. Honestly you probably wouldnt notice a difference in ur mpg, maybe 1 or 2 if u drive hard a lot but thats a big MAYBE
