did you ever post dyno numbers from the STS?

I dont think it was mentioned yet....but use a good oil filter like the stock motorcraft or k & n. Stay away from fram.....they have cardboard internals and are junk.

^^^All garages that do oil changes will discard oil for free. Im pretty sure it is a Federal Law. If they do not happen to take it for free....your local municipal authority HAS to.

If you want to do it that way just know how much you put in. I can tell ya it won't take more than 1 qt though. A diesel filter takes 1 1/2 quarts

even at the municipal authority? Here in Pa you can take freaking arsenic to them and they HAVE to take it.

hehe...remember to put the oil cap back on...and no thats not a 710 cap. the last time i took my car in to get the oil changed they didnt put it back on...it was just sitting under the hood...i always check before i leave the shop...i got a free oil change cause of it.

no torres8 i didnt post numbers yet, the cars at the shop getting all the work done i plane on posting pics and numbers next week. wish me luck!!!!!!!!
