i think you're in the wrong section brother. try craigs list for inexpensive. always somebody selling parts on there.

and, inexpensive and good quality aren't always a hand-in-hand thing. you may have to shell out a few bucks to get something decent. or find one in disrepair and rebuild it.

Try www.speedcustoms.net. They have the best deals I know of for the t-lok. Check out American muscle for the gears. Install is gonna cost you though. While the gears and t-lok in your 7.5 will be a lot cheaper. By the time all is said and done my 8.8 swap will have cost me about a grand. However, the worst part is not the cost.
I have spent the last 6 months trying to find all the stuff I need. I have found everything except a housing. It really is hard to find a complete 8.8 that you don't have to pay a shit ton for shipping on.
