I can't say as far as the 04...but the 95 vert rear seats DO NOT GO DOWN. The motor to put the top down is located right behind the rear seat. However, you can remove the seats. You could remove the seats run the wires then replace the seats. You might have to drill a hole to get to your trunk though.

Verts DO NOT have seats that go down, you have to take them out. If you pull up on the bottom seat cushion, there is a little clip holding the cushion in place around the middle of where a person would sit, one on the driver's side and one on the passengers side. Take a flat head screwdriver and push on the little 'button' part, mine took a fair amount of force, and pull up on the seat cushion with a little bit of force. Repeat on the other side. The bottom seat cushion will now just lift out, then there will be two bolts that are now visible holding the seat back in place, undo them and the back will lift out. Now you can see a small gap that will lead in to the back of the trunk. If you can't find it put a flashlight in your trunk and look for the light shining through.

I ran the pwer wire through the rest of the car, starting from the battery, pass ingthe power cable through the fuse (in the first 12 or 18 inches of wire from the battery), then through the rubber grommet on the drivers side of the firewall, under the carpet by the door, under the rear seat and in to the trunk. To run it under the carpet you just pull up on the door sill piece of plastic (it is just clipped in), and then unbolt the seatbelt from where it attaches by the carpet, and just lift the carpet up. I think I also removed the interior panel where the hood popper is. Running the wires from the deck are very similar to the power wire. Just make sure you run your signal wires on the opposite side of the car as your power and remote amp turn on wires.
