motive makes frpp gears so its the same thing just a bit cheaper

if you get 25% underdrive pullies, longtubes instead of shorties, aluminum driveshaft, bigger cam, an ebay cai, 65/70mm throttle body, and intake spacer, you could see another 20-25rwhp out of that setup

That's about what I would say as a safe estimate, but I wouldn't be too surprised to see it significantly higher, either.

I say that because my car makes ~220whp with stock valves, stock headers, stock crank pulley, stock rockers, take-off exhaust, and stock intake manifolds.

i like to say that estimate mainly because thats what others have seen about
but then you have low compression motor with similar top end making the same...
stock compression stock motor 220+rwhp is safe to say
with porting you tend to see more power then torque. the car will have a good top end which these cars lack stock

Yeah, like I said, I agree that ~220whp is a good estimate. I was just saying that he *might* make more. There are obviously a lot of variables. Mine does have an actual Dynotune from Justin, so that's worth noting.

your thinkin threottle body spacer, the intake spacer actually makes power. it makes about 5rwhp and 7rwtq at low rpm and about 2rwhp and 3rwtq at higher rpm. its more of a low end power mod but it does work and for just $120 its def worth the money

no shot at the 05+ gt's but i believe i can beat or at least keep up with the 99-04 stock gt's on the quarter mile. especially if its an auto. but if not, a pi 3200 stall should do the trick. hp wise, ill be right with them, but the torque is what bites me in the ass. with the gears and torque converter, im hoping to have my torque multiplied enough to make up the difference.

and i just dont know about that 220rwhp mark. whether i have a pulley or not or a full exhaust or not, everyone keeps telling me that ill have 220. ill be having all the bolt-ons minus the cai and longtubes. i dont see why 230rwhp isnt possible. but anyway for next summer, i am planning on some forced induction. im told that the vortech basic kit outperforms the procharger basic kit. is this true? and with an 11psi setup and everything mentioned on this page could i beat a stock 03/04 cobra? i know they have about 380hp and dont lose much at all to the wheels, but i also know that they arent setup for the track.

if you get a supercharger then take off your UDP when you get ready to blow it

and 220 is a good estimate. they also said 220 or above, so you should see 220 at the least

throttle body spacer goes between the cai and the upper intake manifold. they dont do anything. the intake spacer goes between the upper and lower intake manifold. it lenghtens the runners to make more power down low. and it also keeps the upper intake manifold cooler so that the incoming air stays cooler as well.
