cheap back axle


well i ordered a7.5 Tlock the other day...but i was with my friend at a mechanic shop to get a rearend for his dodge when i set my eyes upon an 8.8 with 4.10 gears n Tlock... he only wants 150 for the complete setup... it came off an 02.... is it worth the money to buy it? and will it bolt up easy?

the whole 8.8 rear with 410s and T-Lock for 150 bucks

if nothings wrong with it woudl be a great deal...but for that price id be iffy about why its so cheap

the 410s alone are worth 150 (new)

i say buy it...sell the parts out of it, and use the housing to hold a 31 spline upgrade. You won't break any of that. Yeah, that may be overkill, but if you plan on over 400 hp for your car then do it. I don't know what your plans are for your car, but the stock 28 spline 8.8 isn't as strong as a lot of people say it is.

and a rebuild kit would make it all new its not all that cheap im doing it now and i forget but its under 1000.00 for axles differential gears and rebuild kit
