noboy i know of here thinks their v6 sounds like a v8, but a v6 still sound deep and like an american car with a good exhaust set up
In my opinion i dont think a choppy v8 note is the best sounding exhaust tone, my favorites are agressive cammed turbo charged fourbangers or inline 6es(bimmers) or a high revving v8 and yeah i agree w/ AB on that one

I think thats just the quality of the video that makes it sound bad. Its just a really agressive and loud sounding driver. I was just sarcasticaly pointing out the HUGE difference in agressiveness of the sounds.

I agree with 900Turbo....I think it sounds too choppy...like it's about to "cut off"...
I have headers, forzaflows and "turn-downs" I think mine sounds great bouncing off the asphalt.. Loud enough to "feel" it but not so loud it's annoying..I can hear mine when my g/f drives it all the way to the stop sign at the end of our road and then when she takes off from there..that's a good 500+ yards..deep rumbling sound. And also mine doesn't get "hella choppy" gurgling-like when I rev it...lol I coulda had a V8 but they cost too much all the way around: More in price More in insurance More in gas oh well to each his own... |

I like a lot of v8 sounds and a 4v v8 is definately one of my favorites. I hate the sound of any 4banger, charged or not. I haven't heard a v6 I liked once someone gets on it, but I have heard one that sounds good at idle. But those are the ones I have heard, there are many I haven't

MOST four bangers sound stait up ghey with out an agressive cam, turbos only add a whistling noise to the sound of the car (same noise on every t/c car, no matter the # of cyl.)
