Flowmaster original 40s, let the break in....

If that doesn't work, cut the cats and long tubes

well i was going to see if the shop could just cut the from the cat back off..
then just pipe it to the 40's or w/e i chose to get.
think that would sound ok??
instead of wasting 300 bucks on an H pipe or X pipe.
im going for deep noise..hard with a six im sure

I think mind is fairly loud / deep...

Try having him cut the cats and running the pipes, if that doesn't work long tubes.

To get that "deep" sound your looking for, your going to need about 2 more cylinders. Your not going to get the sound you think you will out of anything for a 6er. It can sound good, but wont be that deep throaty sound your looking for.

Watch both all the way through. It's the pypes o/r x pipe with the pypes violator catback.

straight pipes with borla, and mac lts. it sounds like shit i hate it(if i go wot it sounds like a honda with a tin can). with shorties and stock mid pipe and borla cat back i loved it. hopefully the cam for my engine build makes it sound uhh better... but i would go for an x pipe...
