depends on how many pounds of boost you wanna run... if you do a low boost set up... like under 11 psi you should be safe with the engine as it is...

uhh.. most of the other things such as exhaust and intake will be redone when you do a turbo... you might look into a better fuel system and better electrical under the hood

but then again... i saw this video where this kid put a hole in his engine cuz he was running to much boost on an old engine...

not only old engine, but weak internals. get forged internals and run any reasonable boost safely. you will need a fuel pump and larger fuel injectors as well to match the air you add in

'

i would contact the guys at tma turbo. the kit is always cheaper, but regardless of purchase price, add about 40% to have it all installed and tuned.

Well nobody but tma makes turboheaders unless if you make them yourself or have a buddy or shop fab them up for you. You really need to narrow your setup down. What kind of setup are you looking for because that will determine what turbos to get and so on.

You don't need a BOV or an intercooler, but they help with them running at there best.

well a good rule to follow is to never run over 10 psi unless you have a intercooler so depending on how much psi u wanna do that might be needed....

and the blow off vaulve isn't needed you right... but why the hell not when your spendin all that money anyways

Some people don't use BOV because they think some people won't know they have a turbo. A better rule to follow. With your 3.8 don't go over 7 lbs of boost with stock internals. I would stay safe at 5 with a tune, but thats just me.

powerpak can only do so much. You need forged internals.
