misfireing and AC out

Hope someone can help me with this weired problem. I have a 1995 V6. Yesterday it stared to mis-fire giving me an error message of P0301. Also my AC went out. The mis-fireing stopped after a while and the AC came back on. The problem repeated itself a few times. I replaced the computer but the problem is still there. Help!!!!

check your plug and wire for cylinder number 1

why did you select cylinder 1? just out of curiosity.

the p301 code is a misfire in cylinder 1

check spark plugs and wires if plugs seem worn out/old or w.e replaced them.
