weak sauce...water pump is leaking...

for some reason my oil pressure was really high so when i got home i popped the hood to inspect and it was low on oil...but i also noticed coolant leaking out of the bottom...crawled under there and at the angle i was at looked it was coming from my crank but then i reposistioned and noticed it is leaking from the water pump...since theres alot of shit in the way i cant exactly tell if its cracked and its not gushing...right meow its just a drip...any ideas or easy ways to fix it?

and surprisingly my coolant is still super bright green hahaha

gasket might be cracked, but hell, even if the water pump was fine and the gasket was messed up, why bother taking everything apart for the gasket when the pump is like 40 bucks....might as well replace it all at 1 time than do a gasket then down the road a water pump. do your self a favor as preventive mantience.

meow listen here, normally i would agree with what spyke was going with but if you go down there to fix it and your water-pump is fine and it is the gasket, why bother fixing something that isnt broke? meow thats your choice, but a gasket for water is like 7.99 or something like that.

well i know those water pumps are a bitch to get to, and theres no point to replace a gasket, then down the road the pump goes out.....pump is like 40ish or something be best to replace it while ur at it.
