Jegs Exhaust Question
Ive found a cheap Jegs exhaust cat back system for only $200
is Jegs a decent exhaust system

not sure about there catback..there Force Auto mufflers are bad ass for the price.

200 for a catback seems steep are you planning on an X or H pipe or are you still gonna use your y pipe

$200 is not steep. I have not personally heard a Jegs system, so I can't comment on that. Post up a link so we ca take a look at what you found. You're gonna want to go true dual.

I wouldn't get that setup. That setup is made to work with your stock y-pipe and is NOT TRUE DUAL. Remember you are looking for a setup that fits an 03 GT or Cobra.

Regardless of how much HP you get, putting a true dual system on a V6 usually costs between $400-$600. And it isn't just about HP it is more about the look and the sound that you get. It is well worth the price.

Shouldn't go for 03 Cobra exhaust since they 03-04 Cobras have IRS, and that won't work with a solid axle. Needs to go with a 94-04 GT catback unless he has converted to an irs setup.
