Need to fix speedometer

So i got a speeding ticket and my speedometer is off. they said if i fix it then they will dismiss the ticket. I have 3.73 gears in the rear axle thats why its off. i went to the dealership and they said that they coudlnt fix it. now i come to a problem. i thought about buying a dallas mustang speed cal since its cheaper and i have to pay rent and everything. I want to know how hard it is to install it, the instructions look hard but i dont know. would it be better just to spend and extra 200 dollars for a tuner?

Buy a tuner if you can squeeze the extra, its gonna help you out more in the long run to and just be easier overall,

wait, if you have 3:73s, your speedo might read 55 when your actually going 45. So according to your speedo, you must have been well over the speed limit to get caught for speeding. But i would sugest a hand tuner.

It shouldnt be too hard for a mechanic to do it...but if you plan on doing mods in the future just get a tuner and save your money in the long run.
