Squeaking noise when starting, help?!?!?

Ok so for the past couple of days my car makes this squeaking/squealing noise like a belt is sliping. It only does it for a couple seconds after I start it and it does it everytime. I replaced the belt since I thought it was that and it needed to be replaced anyways. I also checked the tensioner and it was good. I don't know what the hell it is could someone help me out here.

have u had someone stand up there and listen out for the sound when its started to try and pinpoint the problem?
