Rear Ended!

Just now, got fucking rear ended. Late night mcdonalds run, and I got hit at a stop light. She hit my left side and just dented the bumper a little bit. I was with my dad and he made me let her go without getting her info, because he thought it was just scratched. Well we got it in the light and he saw the whole thing is dented in. Since the bumpers are plastic you can't pull the dent, I know they can melt it and set it, but it doesn't work on the corners like that. Soo, looks like I will be buying a new bumper. Would a GT bumper fit, because I might be buying dual exhaust this summer, and that might better accommodate the dual pipes.. Maybe I'm wrong.

But yeah. It sucks.

My bumper looks like crap... I hate plastic bumpers..and other drivers.. My car has been hit sitting in the parking lot at least 3 times.. I don't understand.. we have HUGE spots.. people just sucks at driving and prolly don't care about the junk they are driving.. thank goodness for viper alarms lol I come out screaming when it goes off now.
Anyway.. the paint just keeps chipping and I cant afford to fix it at the moment.
I was looking into putting a gt bumper on mine as well.. I have the 99-04 model and the gt bumpers fit the v6 but it was just going to cost too much to get the bumper and match the paint.
I also put dual exhaust on my v6 and it looks fine comming outta the original bumper.
sucks that you got hit though.. i know the feeling

id make your dad pay to fix it than cuz he was fuckin retarded for letting her just drive off when it WASNT EVEN HIS car that got hit, the decision shouldve been up to you and you shouldve both got outta the car and looked at the damage. both of you were a lil negligent there

Well first of all, it's my car, but my dad bought it. And second of all, we both got out and looked, but the dent is really hard to see at night..

Any way, I'm buying FR500's soon, a rear blackout panel then window louvers. That stuff is for sure, but I want to buy a dual exhaust, tint my windows, maybe get a stripe, and just gradually add to my engine as I get more money.

I donno whats gonna come of all that though

..The first thing i did to my car was replace my headlights..then went dual with flowmasters ..finally i got cobra rims.. gets expensive fast!! I need to find a "side" job.. j/k
