99-04 V6 To GT Conversion ?'s

hey guys, im looking into gettina newer mustang (99-04) and its more then likely going to be a v6 model becuase of my parents n what not, how difficult is the 5.0 or even a 351 swap into this model mustang? i kno the older fox body styles you can pretty much put any motor you want into them easy, but what about the newer ones? i have searched these and other forums and nobody really seems to talk about this swap? thanks for the advice

depending on where you live DMV laws prevent you from dropping in an older model motor in a newer model car.
if your going to do a swap swap it out with a terminator (03-04 Cobra) motor.
