03 Cobra Bilstein Shocks In The Front, Need a Rear Setup

My friend has some Bilsteins from an 03 Cobra with Eibachs hes selling me cheap, I need a setup for the rear though. What would match up with the Bilsteins good and be fairly cheap? Should I just keep my stock rear shocks and get some new springs or should I go with a whole new shock?

Bilstein HD shocks for the rear aren't too expensive.

If you're lowering the car, you could use the shorter Foxbody ones, which are just $78 or so from stangsuspension.com.
