If you want to take your sixer down the turbo route I would suggest www.tmaturbo.com He takes the guesswork out of the turbo setup for a v6 mustang.

also the turbo kit that he sends you is pretty much bolt on when you get it.

(from the site above TMA of course)

the t3/t4 is mainly a civic designed turbo or engines that are similiar to civics in size. Stay away from it.

ive also heard there very small...not that the ones on TMA look big but i'd go with TMA anyway...their stuff deffinitily works

a t3 sized turbo is known as the "Economy turbo" used on saab 900s. They are small turbos, and are good for up to 20 psi. They are good for an at home turbo set up. They are cheap to get a hold of. The T3/T4 is a hybrid turbo of the two sizes.
