Mach 1 Chin Spoiler

Question, would it be easier to take off the stock front bumper and then
attach the chin spoiler to it. I don't have a lift.

Nah you don't need a lift, just raise the front of the car up alittle (like jackstands or ramps). It's pretty simple, I find it best to tape the chin spoiler into position (especially if you're doing it yourself) and use a drill to attach your own screws. I used about a dozen or so self tapping screws to hold it on.

Nothing like pulling off your front bumper cover just to make it easier to remove your grill!!...

Makes it easier and its only 4-6 screws...I'm getting a chin spoiler and I just plan on taking off the bumper cover so I don't have to mess with raising the car...esp. since I dont have ramps and only have the 1 jack that came with it..

Thereslike 2 bolts under the hood where the hood latch is...

Then theres 2 bolts on each side of your front fenderwell...remove the rock guard plastic thing a bit and the bolts are right up in there where the top of the bumper meets the body around the front of the wheelwell..

Loads easier...plus you can clean up around those pesky cracks that normal washing misses while you got it off...lots of crude accumulates there...lol

jacks are cheap, and jackstands are cheap. invest in tools to make the jobs easier. you just need to raise the front end a few inches to get a clear sight to drill the holes

washers are good, will keep it from ripping out over the screw heads if you scrape it on an inclined driveway.
